U.S citizens must carry proper proof of citizenship. Starting January 1, 2007 all U.S citizens traveling to and from the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe and Canada will be required to have a valid passport to enter or re-enter the United States. Non-U.S citizens should contact their consulate for proper I.D. requirements. Passengers who are denied boarding or entry for improper documentation will receive no refund. You should carry all important documents with you.
Pre-travel COVID-19 test no longer required
Jamaica does not currently have any travel restrictions that were imposed due to the pandemic. We will continue to follow the protocols for safe travel instituted by the United States and Jamaica. The policies of both countries
regarding entry may change quickly and we will be alerting you of any changes as soon as we are made aware of them. Travelers to the island are no longer required to present a negative covid test nor does a Travel Authorization Form need to be submitted as a condition of entry into Jamaica.
For faster processing on arrival at the airport, travelers are encouraged to submit their Immigration/Customs C5 card online at
https://enterjamaica.com and may do so at any time before arrival. If the card has not been submitted online, passengers may complete the paper form issued in-flight by the airline.
