No. The Jewel Paradise Cove Resort will only allow guests from the Bahia on property when the shuttles are running. Typically this will begin 1 hour before show time and will end at 3am. Shuttles will be running every 30 minutes during this time. When you are on the Paradise Cove property food and drinks will be available to all guests. However, only Jewel Paradise Cove guests will be able to dine in the specialty restaurants on-site. Any person attempting to access the property during the day that is not staying at Jewel Paradise Cove will be turned away at the security gate.

Access to Bahia Principe is not included in your package. If you wish to visit Bahia Principe you can do so by buying a day pass from the front desk of Bahia Principe.

Shuttles will begin 1 hour before the show, running every 30 minutes in both directions, with the final shuttle back to Bahia running after all the music has concluded at 3am.

  • Yes. Initial deposit of $400 per person based on double occupancy or $800 per person based on single occupancy due when making reservation.

No. Four all inclusive nights at your preferred resort are included in your package. This includes all food and drinks, access to four nights of music including 3 full 2 set incidents, transfers to and from Sangster International airport in Montego Bay to your resort, shuttles to the shows if you are staying at Bahia, and many more amenities depending on the resort you stay at. Airfare and travel insurance are not included in your package.

No additional fees will be charged once you have booked your package. Additionally, all Jamaica Incident packages offer an all-inclusive experience within the concert venue on all nights. Please note, the resort may offer certain amenities that are not included in your package price and require extra charges. These amenities may include spa treatments and off-site adventures.

Yes. All packages include a 4-night all-inclusive stay, and reservations for the Incident 1 (January 20 - 24) will have the opportunity to extend their vacation by booking an extra night before the event (Thursday, Jan 19). Reservations for Incident 2 will have the opportunity to extend their vacation by booking an extra night after the event (Saturday, January 28). The additional night add-on will appear after you’ve added your package to your cart but before you have completed the check-out process. There will be music on these extra nights.

No. Tickets for SCI's Jamaica Incident concerts cannot be purchased separately. Admission to the events will only be available for those who purchase the entire package through www.thejamaicaincident.com.

No. The Jewel Paradise Cove only accepts guests that are 18 and older.

To enter Jamaica a valid passport is required. Citizens of the U.S, the UK, Canada and other major European countries are not required to have a visa to visit Jamaica, but must present a valid passport when leaving and or re-entering their country. All visitors are required to travel with a return ticket or onward ticket for entry into Jamaica. Other nationalities please contact your local Jamaican embassy, Consulate or Jamaica Tourism office or visit www.visitjamaica.com​ to verify correct documentation needed. We encourage you to PLEASE check your passport ASAP and make sure that it’s up to date and valid for at least 6 months prior to your departure date. If your passport is set to expire within 6 months of travel to Jamaica, Jamaican customs will not let you enter the country.

Jewel Paradise Cove is approximately 75 minutes from Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport (MBJ).

Yes. Island Gigs provides roundtrip transfers to and from Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay Jamaica as part of your package cost. Once your airfare is purchased, we recommend logging into your account and entering your flight information so we may schedule your bus to the resort. Please Note: Island Gigs will only provide transfers on the exact days that you have booked with us. If you arrive early or plan to stay past your hotel stay, you will be responsible to get your own transport back to the airport. Please Note: Shuttle access is only included to and from Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport; no other airports in the area will be serviced.

The resort’s standard check-in times apply for our packages. Check-in time is often not guaranteed until 3 PM or 4 PM. However, the resort has assured us that they will do everything in their power to prepare rooms for check-in as early as possible. If you arrive before your room is available, we will be happy to hold your bags and provide you with your wristbands and resort credentials so that you can enjoy the resort amenities and relax as your room is being prepared.

There will be no shortage of exciting and diverse activities to enjoy at the resorts during the Jamaica Incident, as well as out and about in the local area. Off-site trips are available to purchase in the booking process. Additional on-site activities and events will be announced as the event nears. Stay tuned for more info.

Every available Jamaica Incident package at the Jewel Paradise Cove, includes ONE room at the resort and accommodates 2 people maximum. The Bahia Principe Luxury Resort accommodates triples. If you want to purchase a package for four people, you will need to purchase 2 separate rooms.

No, all packages MUST be purchased through www.thejamaicaincident.com. Do not purchase from an outside provider or ticket agent; packages purchased through outside providers will NOT be honored.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase a package for and/or attend (with a valid photo ID) the event.

The Jewel Paradise cove resort has waived the dress code for specific restaurants during the music event. While not very strict, The Bahia Principe Luxury does have a dress code for certain restaurants (i.e. no male tank tops, cut off shorts, etc).

Each phone network has unique options; we suggest checking with your service provider for specific choices. The resort has complimentary Wi-Fi available for all guests, so laptops and smartphones can provide inexpensive alternatives for calling including Skype and Viber.

No. The electrical supply in Jamaica is 110 volts/50 cycles standard, and electrical appliances use plugs that are two-pronged and flat (such as those used in the United States and Canada). If your appliances do not use 110 volts or flat two-pronged plugs, we recommend bringing the requisite adaptors and converters with you. For your convenience, hair dryers are provided in every Jewel guest room.

Yes, of course. If you would like to have your room in close proximity to another party’s room, please be sure to submit your request to our Guest Services department at info@islandgigs.com. We will do our best to accommodate, but requests cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Once you arrive at Jewel Resorts, nearly everything is already included in the price you have paid. Please budget for items such as Spa treatments, optional tours and attractions, gift and jewelry shops including duty free items, phone calls, P.A.D.I. certification or refresher courses, and local vendor purchases. US dollars are widely accepted in Jamaica and actually recommended. Most items will be priced USD, but keep in mind local vendors may not have change so we suggest you bring smaller bills.

It is absolutely no problem for guests in the same party to arrive separately. Island Gigs staff will be available throughout the event to accommodate guests and their needs. All arrival plans will be coordinated in advance with our Guest Services team to ensure that guests are transported from the airport to their resort, and receive all event items during a smooth check-in upon arrival at the resort. We will be in touch to request travel information prior to the event. We will initially contact the original purchaser with details on how to register each of the guests in their party, so all guests can provide travel details. All guests can arrive whenever is convenient for them

​If you need to cancel or change your reservation, we ask that the Lead Passenger please contact Island Gigs at 646-862-6380. There is a fee for changing names but not for adding days to your trip. Please note, depending on when you cancel, payments can be 100% non-refundable, with the exception of guests with travel protection who cancel for a covered reason.
